Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Holiday Hotel Resorts – Puri services.

1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm a reservation we require valid payment information. A booking confirmation will be sent by email once payment is received (or a deposit where applicable).

2. Rates & Payment

Room rates shown do not include applicable taxes and service charges unless stated. We accept payment by the methods displayed on the booking page. Prices are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by rate and promotion. Where a cancellation fee applies, it will be shown at the time of booking. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

4. Check-in / Check-out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM unless otherwise agreed. Early check-in / late check-out may be available subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests or damage hotel property. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for misconduct without refund.

6. Liability

Holiday Hotel Resorts – Puri is not liable for loss or damage to personal property brought into the hotel, except where required by law. We recommend using in-room safes or hotel storage facilities for valuables.

7. Special Requests & Accessibility

Special requests (e.g., extra bed, dietary, accessibility needs) are subject to availability and may incur charges. Please notify the hotel in advance where possible.

8. Changes to Services

The hotel may occasionally need to modify, suspend or discontinue services or facilities for maintenance, safety, or other operational reasons. Where possible we will inform affected guests in advance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the competent courts in Puri, Odisha.
